Louis Speaker at MAPIC

Louis Alfieri recently co-moderated a session with Cynthia Vergon at the MAPIC conference. The annual event focused on the real estate and retail opportunities and experiences. During the panel, Louis discussed how the notion of location-based entertainment has drastically-changed from a location-standpoint as entertainment solutions become household applications. In addition, Louis also impressed the importance of bringing an experience to an audience in order to then bring guests to the experience.
The conversation covered a variety of other topics such as business models, vendor mixes, and the customer journey. The audience of the session was an equal mix of leisure operators and destination owners networking to develop partnerships and future opportunities which Louis and Cynthia were facilitating.
