We collaborated with the Hersheypark team to extend the existing Laff Trakk experience (previously designed by Raven Sun) for the holiday season with a mind toward a comprehensive, rapidly deployable and removable, cost-effective solution. Louis guided and supervised the effort, helping the team expand their understanding of what was achievable and encouraging them to aspire for maximum guest experience impact.
